PicView opens off-screen

Hi,

When I open PicView, the window appears off-screen and no matter what I try, I can't get it to appear on-screen.

I've tried:

• Cascading windows
• Uninstalling and reinstalling (1.9.6)
• Looking for PicView state save information in my AppData folder

Short of going through the registry to find a key that stores the window position, I'm not really sure what to do, at this point.
