heal is probably not tracked the correct way. we should not need to change any of the weapon scripts
and where do the numbers for time near harvester come from? are they guesses? also in case they are guesses we should only track when the wavestate is `WAVE_STATE_IN_PROGRESS`
heals also could be support score instead of just heals

My pr is only for amped hardpoint
this crashes during compile in EarnMeterMP_BoostEarned with incorrect amount of parameters. fixing the amount of parameters will revert #313
Also there should probably be a death callback that resets hasPermanentAmpedWeapons to false
