Ahh yes ok, can you explain what you think Portals should do in that situation? Just skip that item and not show it unless its available?

I think you mean the Auto-Expand setting, not 'Click anywhere on Header to Expand/Minimize' . But yes, when you hover over the edge of a portal and the cursor changes...
one way of getting around this would maybe be that once you are hovered over and it expands, I could implement that if you hold Alt for example, the mouse...
