Hello @dalbert2, That would be handled by the esptool-ck executable we are bundling with the GUI, it should be just a matter of adding a parameter to the command line...

Hi, did you put your board in bootloader mode before uploading? The ESP8266 will enter the serial bootloader when GPIO0 is held low on reset.
