Yep. I have the same issue.
Happens when you hit the Save button as well. 
I forgot to mention, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the extension to no avail.
Doh! Sorry about that. I had no idea. I've installed Dynamic Prompts and I'm highly impressed so far with all the cool functionality, especially the Magic Prompt/I'm feeling lucky functions...
I get the same errors.
