Tls proxy is not working with netcore 3.0 properly, I think. Because magic byte is coming all wrong. https://i.imgur.com/aYpfpy5.jpg

Hi I'm using ubuntu 18.04 and dotnet is version 2.2.300. For some reason the client is not showing hash, and is not able to verify root certificate.
