[BUG] \n are not rendered

If there is a \n in the content, it is not translated properly. Code: ``` # Title \n ## Subtitle ``` Result:  Does it need extra configuration ?

**Describe the bug** Trying to parse a csv with duplicate column names and config `header: true` will rename duplicate headers but will not add the information in the meta properties...
