Add collision geometry visualization to tutorial(s)

The work in #13673 created a nice and easy checkbox to show the collision geometry (as opposed to illustration geometry).

We should make sure that the checkbox (a) is actually shown in any relevant tutorials (i.e., any tutorials with collision geometry and any visualization window), and (b) is mentioned in the surrounding text, so that users know they should click on it!
