Docker instructions not working aymore

I followed the simplest setup to run it with Docker, but celery_beat-1, migrations-1, celery-worker-1 and web-1 crash immediatly on starting. Maybe things have updated that this no longer works?

Add ability for admins to remove the "Friendly reminder" at the bottom entirely.
