multi allelic vcf: vcfanno is not respecting VCF number format and is flipping scores

This one is quite complex to explain, so i will start with an example This is in my header CADD,Number=1 CADD_SCALED,Number=A When I have a multiallelic variant let say: 1...

Now I have to check the convading.pl lineNoXX which file is missing. Would be nice to just print the file that is missing in the error.
