Remove System.Net.Http nuget dependency from full .Net Framework build

Using System.Net.Http nuget package causes all sorts of problems. Microsoft are removing OOB package, preferring the GAC'd version. See https://github.com/dotnet/corefx/issues/17522 for a post-mortem on the System.Net.Http problems

Providers must specify one or more URL scheme and API endpoint pairs

From what I understand this means that all providers must specify these, yet for YouTube (and some others) I don't see any scheme url's. Am I missing something here or...
