I totally forgot to report back. But good news is I have plenty of experience to be able to say without a doubt that no, updating Upload Statistics to 3.1.5...

Had the same lag issue after updating nicotine, so I will now try updating the plugin and report back!

Sure, I can give those a try. I haven't yet played anything that does the lagging behaviour since updating the upload_stats plugin, so I will first wait until I do...

I'd like to add some insight to this. Until recently, I was on an old, 2017 version of Retroarch, and that version saved full sized (1080p) screenshots with the achievement...

Unfortunately, setting Force Apply doesn't work. The fan has already ramped back up to the BIOS fan curve.
