Update: I noticed that if I unfocus the Ryujinx window, then click on a menu, it will work correctly 100% of the time, but only if I do that again...

I have this same problem, also using the open source drivers, and after finding this issue and testing A LOT of older versions, 20240106 was the ONLY one that worked...
