Maybe you have MinGW in your PATH, such as "D:\Professional_Software\MinGW64\bin". This MinGW conflicts with Qt's MinGW (like "Qt\Qt5.12.0\5.12.0\mingw73_64\bin"). Try to delete your MinGW (Not Qt's) in the PATH. It worked...
