Clean uninstall process

Using Windows11 and winget. 1. Install Microsoft.FoundryLocal package with winget. 2. Uninstall with winget Folder C:\Users\%USER%\.foundry is still there. And its sub folders (cache, logs) also. And foundry.config.json also.
