Not sure what this gains us. Everyone with a "server side" page has been moving more to the client with things like AngularJS. If I were to build this now...

The navbar dropdown should collapse automatically when making a selection.

It does the same thing for me on my iPhone. I'm guessing that it has something to do with how the menu gets highlighted when you click on an item....

Should we consider having the user enter which mods were used? I guess they could do tags for that.

I don't think that factorio-blueprint supports books anyway. Unless the blueprint or blueprint book itself contains information on which mods the user has installed I wouldn't go down this road....
