The 2.9.5.55300 update broke DLSStweaks (https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/news/changelog/stable/2.9.5.55300/). Reverted to the version prior (2.9.4.53990) and it works just fine. Not sure what changed or if it can be fixed, ED will certainly...

Update : you can rename the nvngx.dll to dxgi.dll and it'll work, not sure if this works on older versions of DCS, but either way, this is the workaround.
