Have you tried a "trigger" instead of a graph? Set the idle temp low enough so that while in game it never reaches it, and you'll have the desired behavior.
I would recommend going with https://github.com/Rem0o/FanControl.ADLX for Navi3 gpus. Disable the GPU section in sensor settings if you do so.
@secomak The plugin is just a way to develop something on the side as optional/opt-in, but it will join the main software (built-in) soon enough.

This is a false positive, they pop-up from time to time, nothing to worry about.
That's just a limitation of the API being used.  Current temp is an unsigned integer. No idea how HWInfo does it.
