Since there is already a quick reply option in the CS.RIN settings, maybe we could do something with that as well, eg. make it floating/minimisable, integrate dynamic mentioning and quoting...
I have integrated the quoting and mentioning into the CS.RIN quick reply panel and it works pretty well, especially with the floating panel.
