When I try opening the _ntsc-rs-cli_ in the _bin_ folder, it doesn't open
Same thing seems to happen from the command prompt, I also tried running _ntsc-rs-standalone_same thing happens aswell. I don't believe I see any explicit errors
Yea, it just exits immediately
