[Suggestion] Improve options screen.

The current options screen is very cluttered. **Improvement ideas:** + All enable/disable options on the left, max. FPS options on the right. + Group compatibility options (force blend, force update)...

Before: After: Total host Reads: Looks like it's reading garbage memory as the number changes each instance. Total host Writes: Gone. Health Status: 100% instead of 97%.
