Many failures in CI testing are due to dependencies on the glad library, which includes `glad/glad.h`. However, in glad2, there is no `glad/glad.h`, only `glad/gl.h`. @Neumann-A @BillyONeal @dg0yt

There are too many failures in CI tests that are unrelated to glad2. Perhaps we could consider adding a glad2 port and using unofficial::glad::glad?
