Tested in WOTLK classic it is everytime you receive honor and XP for the WHOLE team.
On my old core i had this fixed, i'll see what i changed and open a P/R for this.
@aaron02 is the field rooted set to 1 in the database for the normal one?
Okay so the only issue I seen that still is relevant is the bodies are gone, in retail version the bodies are still there with the loot on them.
I'd say 95% of the dungeons/raid spawns are wrong for TBC, i also noticed alot of WOTLK dungeons have wrong spawns as well.
