Switch moe does not require the datasets inside the `init_dev.sh`. For A100-40GB, please tune the related kernels by yourself. Or you can modify the code used to query the kernel...

In fact, when compiling a project, we do have a button for stoping or recompile it from scratch. And I dont think the network is lost since edition is synced...
