Could not override docker registry thru arquillian.xml

I am using arquillian to pull the images from my private repository but its always referring to registry-1.docker.io even though i tried to override it using the dockerRegistry flag. **docker-compose.yml**...

Error : Network has active end points

I created below issue in docker java but no one commented on this. Is this something you guys can resolve ? https://github.com/docker-java/docker-java/issues/871
