Command List "X + D-Pad" setting not being enabled all the time

First one is that pressing up on the d-pad for the command menu actually causes the menu to navigate down instead. second one is possibly a duplicate of [#50](https://github.com/vitor251093/KHDays_FM/issues/50) but...

Option to also have the mission gauge appear on the hud under the new minimap

Just think it would be nice to see the mission progress in real time without having to pause the game to check it since a good chunk of the game...

Launcher to choose between Days or Re:coded
