Are you calling from a Windows or Linux host? Anyway I will add a flag to launch a shell instead of qtcreator.

I'm not an expert in calling qmake from cli, but here are some hints. the 'kobo' argument in docker run will do nothing. Yep you do need "CONFIG+=kobo" for qmake...
