Can you please tell me what exactly the hyperparameter you have changed, I am facing the same issue. I am not getting the bounding boxes on the test data.

I have trained 113 epoch, How many epoch have you trained?

epoch_length = 1000 num_epochs = 60 iter_num = 0 which should be 1000?

what TensorFlow version have you tried because I am using TensorFlow 2.0
