This issue still exists in: Cypress Version 10.4.0 Electron: 102 MacOS and having `downloadsFolder: 'cypress/downloads'` set in `cypress.config.js`

I have the same issue I'm using latest version of Cypress, also want to double check what should be the value of fileContent?

Hi to confirm that I have the same issue. The problem here is that the notification is sent on PR not scheduled runs of the same workflow?
