Both component appears like SPI_Flash and SPI_Ram, could you give a reference to order it correctly?
Build 3 of this and always get the same result.  Maybe i need to modify my gb cart flasher? im using this one 
PCB says that u have to cut Pin1, but there is also a box in pin 9, shall we cut both or only pin 1?
