And on an unrelated note, I was able to fix my issue. I extracted all links from my vault, put it in a .txt file, then used [this Chrome extension](https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/tab-save/lkngoeaeclaebmpkgapchgjdbaekacki/related)...
Clicking "Clear Media Cache" and then running Obsidian_to_Anki will update all images, even if their names haven't changed.
