phpseclib 3.0.0 is out, when will this be updated? I use phpseclib myself for ssh connections, but I can't upgrade because flysystem depends on V2

Quality is real bad when using background-image. Top is img tag en bottom is background-image (images are identical) I'm using the latest v2.0.3
