I can also confirm using [1.9.141-beta](https://www.nuget.org/packages/sqlite-net-pcl/1.9.141-beta) fixed the issue. Alternatively reverting to [1.6.292](https://www.nuget.org/packages/sqlite-net-pcl/1.6.292) also fixed the issue.

I am seeing this same issue on any simple comment below an attribute. Note that these comments do not have braces in them, so this may be a slightly different...
