the change done in #244 got somehow reverted and the current npm module is missing the types again the index.d.ts is not published and typescript complains

currently the entries get added again when calling `bob clone`

A possible fix would be to extend https://github.com/davidlday/vscode-languagetool-linter/blob/4fd1563a89a528ddd0a35dd599742d3372d963ad/src/ConfigurationManager.ts#L128 to support maximum file length

as the Readme states: > SharedArrayBuffer is only available to pages that are [cross-origin isolated](https://developer.chrome.com/blog/enabling-shared-array-buffer/#cross-origin-isolation).
