Add Email Attachment(s) After Message Body

In an outgoing mail with attachments, make sure to add the attachments after creating the MIME message. This ensures the message body comes first, then the attachments. Otherwise, the mail message could be rendered with the attachments before the message body (e.g. in Apple Mail).
