Wow. I guess they really locked down on it this time around. Interesting though that the default clock keeps the new color scheme but any of the new ones do...
I used the root version. It still works but is no longer compatible with legacy method. So only per app control method works which can be buggy.
I have similar issues but it's anytime I pause or switch media. It never starts being audible until I open the JDSP app.
It is my belief that this application is now dead.
