 I get this everytime I try to start it. I've restarted the Pc and the client is open. I would appreciate some help!

I was able to install node and start the backend but when i do npm install inside the "layout/layout-europe" i get this error. any idea on what the issue is...
As user, I want to start the software in a simple way by just running one component, that then takes care to start the other required components.
