Create web-based configuration site

As user, I want to be able to easily change the configuration in a web interface, rather than in the config file directly.

I'm studying to make it accessible to anyone who comes to use this tool, maybe something with ElectronJS would be good.

We are currently working on an electron-based alternative. But that takes some time since we also want to rework the layout itself to make it more performed .
