Try Installing this, this is latest visual c++ runtimes https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x86.exe for 32bit https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe for 64bit And even installing that doesn't works try this too, btw these are latest uwp windows...
