根据这段时间的使用经验，Error [-1] 的出现大多数时候伴随重新登录行为，并且在私聊和群聊中都可能出现，使用 `/unlink_all` 并重新绑定对应会话即可恢复，无需打开微信客户端。 我认为重新登录期间活跃的会话把冷却的挤掉了，可能是web端会话列表刷新有限制或者ews的会话绑定机制有缺陷。
