what is your printer's model ? are you sure thate escpos standard is enable on it ?
os ? node version ? code printed ? etc...

you certainely can use the printer's driver to configure it, but I don't know if we support that kind of commands
are you sure that STAR printers (or just this one) support escpos standard ? I thought it was created by EPSO, so maybe all the printers does not reconize this...

printer.style("u") b => bold u => underline i => italic combo (bu, bi, iu, etc...) we should put it on the doc, I guess
