Ignore user's chat option

I'm not sure if I can place a suggestion here but I hope there's a feature that I can ignore a person/user's chat on the chat overlay like it won't...

Mass Import feature

Since there is Mass Export, is it possible to add Mass Import?

Deleting a single message from user's chat also deletes a chat in the overlay but not if you clear all the messages using /clear command or "Clear My Chat" option....
