Component Proposal: Hardware Component for VeC 2.0

After viewing devices.py and previous issues, some extra hardware components are decided to be required in order to eliminate fault lights and allowing the system to run properly. Also, the Orange Pi does not have any Wi-Fi adatper found, which is crucial for the Internet access during the race.

The following hardware components are required:

Battery Voltage Sensor
Wheel Speed Sensors
Accelerometer
GPS
3 Indicators (Brake, Left, Right)
10 cablings
Wi-Fi Adapter
