No. It's a skrollr-menu option. It won't affect skrollr keyframes.

Does it work correctly when `complexLinks` is disabled? Please include the unminifed skrollr and skrollr-menu sources, otherwise I can't debug.

Do you want to set `data-menu-offset` globally using an option instead of per element? Just want to make sure I understand you. Shouldn't be a big thing to implement.

Please try version 0.1.6. It should work on mobile as well.
