## 请求新功能：任务列表按速度排序(new featrue) * 概述：希望能将下载中的任务自动按速度排序，自动暂停长时间没有速度的任务。 * 详细：文件下载到最后速度掉到0之后，整个下载进程就全部停止了，一直卡在这个0，下载列表后面的文件也不会继续下载。建议做个下载速度排序，类似迅雷。速度为0达到5秒的自动暂停，空出下载位给后续待下载文件。 * 理由：忽然发现自动下载变成了手动下载，几乎都要到文件下载末尾的时候点一下暂停再点一下下载。
