### 功能描述 像现有数学公式Mathjax加载一样，为更多公共库增加独立cdn选项，加快网站加载速度。 以[字跳的公共资源库](http://cdn.bytedance.com/)为例，目前**Font-Awesome，highlight,js，fancybox，pjax，pangu.js**等静态资源都有公共库提供cdn。 ### 附加说明 _No response_
