I believe that the Dataverse Solution project is not created. Can you try to delete the solution and re-create it?

Please specify which version of PCF Builder are you using. Also, when you go to the **Settings**, do you see **MS Build Path** populated?

Sorry for the late response. If the MSBUILD path is incorrect you can manually update the path in the settings as well. Newer version will also look for VS 2022...
