I have 27 games (thx renzukoken) in .bin/.cue , no one works... but every work on epsxe and pcsxr... For micromachineV3 , i do not find one version in pal...
hm yeah ok, so i tried [it](https://www.romhacking.net/utilities/1550/) on linux and on windows, there is nothing to check after the scan... this do not generate any cue file...

this program is an open-source, if you want this functionality before, you should probably do it yourself, but if nobody do it, you can probably trust @uToxingInTox
yep, your right about the write access. but only when i run it as user. What about run it as root user ? this should work no ?
