Not sure how to interpret each parameter in the `vpatient_params.csv` file. Ideally there would be a document which provides a sentence description for each one. Thanks.

cli returns empty array for basal data

Not sure if I am missing something, but the `csvdata["basalData"]` is always an empty array, even when the the BASAL feature is specified. What could be going on here? IOB...
