@mpratt14 We updatet gettext-full to 0.21.1 so you can just drop the commit adding this patch " libtextstyle: Make gl_INIT_PACKAGE work with Automake >= 1.16.4."

What about updating and adding libtool to this PR regardless of the SDK fix? Than I would also give it a test-run.
